These terms govern your use of Alkaml, the business management system available at alkaml.com. By creating an account or using Alkaml, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to them, do not use the service.
Alkaml lets you manage your business: selling through the point of sale, issuing and returning invoices, and managing items, customers, employees, documents, and receipt printing, in English and Arabic.
Alkaml for Android is a free application that opens Alkaml on phones and tablets and adds printing on the printers the device can reach. These terms apply to it exactly as they apply to the website, and you need an Alkaml account to use it.
The application is available on Google Play and on alkaml.com. When you install it from Google Play, the Google Play terms also apply to the download. The application offers an update when a newer version exists, and we support the latest version.
Printing depends on your device, your printers, and your network. You are responsible for choosing the right printer and paper settings and for checking that what is printed is what you meant to print.
Alkaml for Windows is a free application that opens Alkaml on the computer at the counter and prints on every printer installed on Windows. These terms apply to it exactly as they apply to the website, and you need an Alkaml account to use it.
The application is available on alkaml.com. It downloads a newer version in the background when one exists and installs it when you choose or when you close the application, and we support the latest version.
Printing depends on your computer, your printers, and their drivers. You are responsible for choosing the right printer and paper settings and for checking that what is printed is what you meant to print.
You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date. Keep your password secret: you are responsible for everything done through your account. Tell us right away if you believe someone else has accessed it.
The business data you enter into Alkaml belongs to you. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of what you enter, including the tax and registration details that appear on your invoices.
The owner of a company controls it: they decide which employees can access it and what permissions each one has. Owners are responsible for the access they grant, and employees must use the company's data only for that company's work.
Do not use Alkaml for anything unlawful, do not try to break or bypass its security, do not access data that does not belong to you, and do not overload or disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
You can start using Alkaml for free. Some capabilities may be offered under paid plans as described on the pricing page, and the prices shown there apply at the time of purchase.
We work to keep Alkaml available and reliable, but the service is provided as is and we cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Keep your own copies of the records that are critical to your business.
You may stop using Alkaml and delete your account at any time from your account page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or put the service or other users at risk.
Deleting your account closes it everywhere and cannot be undone. The business records inside the companies you own stay in the system, because invoices and the records tied to them must be kept for tax and accounting purposes. The page below explains every step and what happens to your data.
How to delete your accountTo the maximum extent permitted by law, Alkaml is not liable for indirect damages or for loss of profits, revenue, or data resulting from your use of the service or your inability to use it.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of Alkaml after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
